The Office of the Dean has established a comprehensive anti-racism strategy which takes into account the needs of multiple stakeholders across several departments. At the cornerstone of our efforts was accepting the responsibility to hold ourselves, and the entire SOLES community, accountable for continuous anti-racism efforts, some of which can be measured through a quantitative lens.
