Leanne Le Mon ’01 (JD) Appointed as Fresno County Superior Court Judge

SAN DIEGO (July 13, 2021) – University of San Diego (USD) School of Law alumna Leanne Le Mon, ’01 (JD), has been appointed by Governor Gavin Newsom as a Judge in the Fresno County Superior Court. Le Mon has served as a Court Commissioner at the Fresno County Superior Court since 2014. Le Mon joins eighteen other superior court judges appointed by the governor this month. 

Prior to joining the court, Le Mon served as a Deputy Attorney General for the California Department of Justice. Le Mon has also previously served as a Deputy District Attorney and an associate in private practice with the firm McCormick, Barstow, Sheppard, Wayte and Carruth.
