USD Mobility and Parking Plan - Postponed

After careful consideration of the impacts of the pandemic on our campus community, the President’s Strategic Leadership Team decided to postpone the implementation of the full 2020-21 Mobility Plan, with the exception of a few items. 

The following components of the plan will be implemented this fall:

• First-year resident students will not be allowed to park on campus. An appeal process will be in place.
• Physical permits will be replaced by virtual/e-permits.
• Physical citations will phase into e-citations.
• License Plate Recognition data will be uploaded to the Parking website and the Parking app to identify available parking on campus.
• "Invited Guest" parking (as distinct from "Visitor" parking) will be located in the KIPJ South lot and Immaculata West lot. 
• The Olin lot will close as part of the Renaissance Plan. Reserved Olin space holders will move to the top level of the KIPJ garage.
• Parking lots will be renamed in a systematic way.
