This is your USD News Minute.

Starting today, remote learning begins at USD. ITS has been doing a phenomenal job helping with this transition so visit their website. They have information on resources, training, strategies and tools.

For the time being, Copley Library is also providing all services remotely. Staff members will be answering the phone from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. to help both students and faculty.

We also recognize this is a difficult time for all of us, and we want our USD community to know that we are here to help if you’re feeling stressed out and need someone to talk to. For students, the Counseling Center is available to you, even when you’re not on campus. Employees can find support through HR’s Employee Assistance Program and everyone can seek spiritual guidance from Mission and Ministry.  Please reach out if you need help.

Finally, we would love to see and hear from you. Send us your videos to let us know what content you’d like to see from us and how you’d like to stay connected to USD and each other during this transition.

Stay safe, stay healthy, and we’ll see you next week.
