Hi, I’m Lissette Martinez from Media Relations and this is your USD News Minute.

If you’re cramming for your finals and need a quiet space, Copley Library's Mother Rosalie Hill Reading Room is now open 24/7 until December 20 — check out their website for more info on other assistance during finals including research help, textbooks, laptops phone chargers, and free snacks — you’ll also find other quiet spaces on campus – check out the info.

Looking beyond finals, as you start your break, If you want to get rid of gently used clothing, linens, electronics, books, etc. Make use of the permanent donation collection bins located around campus. Your donations will help Disabled American Veterans (DAV).

And of course, before you head off campus you may want to catch the action happening at the Jenny Craig Pavilion as the women's basketball team takes on Cal State Northridge…this will be on Saturday, December 21 at 2 p.m., it’s also Family Night so enjoy the game and your winter break…Good luck on your exams and see you next year.
