Norm Miller, PhD, Hahn Chair of Real Estate Finance at the University of San Diego School of Business spoke at two conferences in Oct., the 50th Anniversary of the Global Valuation Summit (GVS) in New Delhi, India and the CCIM Global Conference in San Diego.  

Professor Miller was the keynote speaker at the 50th Anniversary of the Global Valuation Summit (GVS) in Delhi, India on Oct. 11. The conference was titled “Valuation in Emerging Economies—Shifting Paradigms. The summit focused on global real estate trends and technology and how they are changing commercial real estate. There were approximately 30,000 in attendance. Professor Miller is the world’s leading valuation expert. View photos of this summit.

Professor Miller also spoke and moderateda panel with an autonomous vehicle (AV) expert and an expert from Gensler Architecture at the CCIM Global Conference held in San Diego on Oct. 13-14, 2019. His session was on Monday, Oct. 14 and was titled “A Closer Look: The Impact of Autonomous Vehicles.” CCIM is the commercial real estate industry’s most influential professional organization.
