PHOTOS: Art of Peace Symposium
From November 11-14, 2015, the Joan B. Kroc Institute for Peace and Justice (IPJ) transformed into a powerful venue for artistic expression as they held the Art of Peace symposium. Dedicated to exploring the use of the arts in peacebuilding, the symposium featured local, national and international playwrights, filmmakers, poets, dancers, musicians, visual artists and academics who are working to mobilize the creative power of the arts to break the cycle of conflict.
