Each year, the Women's Commons at the University of San Diego (USD) celebrates the contributions of women across campus. Members of the campus community are invited to nominate students, faculty, staff and administrators who positively impact USD.

On Nov. 29, nominees and their nominators (undergraduate and graduate students, faculty members, staff and administrators) gathered for the 21st Annual Women of Impact Luncheon to recognize the nominees. A "woman of impact" is one who lives principles of social justice. Through her work, activities and relationships, she supports others in finding a voice, developing skills for transformation and understanding who they are called to be. The Burnham-Moores Center team congratulates Ashley Adams '10, '17 MA, community outreach and Master of Science in Real Estate recruitment manager, as a 2018 "Woman of Impact" recipient. Peyton Cordero '20 MA, administrative assistant at the BMC, (adjacent to Ashley in the photo) nominated Ashley for this recognition.
