Housing Demands and Immigration Trends

In late July, Norm Miller, Hahn Chair of Real Estate Finance at the University of San Diego School of Business and affiliated with the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate, co-authored an article titled “Housing Demand and Immigration Trends.” The piece is featured in Real Estate Issues, published by The Counselors of Real Estate®. The research was conducted by Norm; Jeffrey D. Fisher, professor emeritus of Indiana University; Paige Mueller of Eigen 10 Advisors; and Michael Dinn of Dinn Focused Marketing. The article is a continuation of their previous paper,  titled “Housing Demand is About to Change - Here’s Why.”
