The NAIOP University Challenge is comprised of three parts. First, a written report. Second, a private question and answer session with a panel of senior level commercial real estate executives who serve as judges. Third, a final presentation before more than 300 industry professionals, industry leaders and fellow students at the final NAIOP presentation.

This year, the presentation portion will take place on April 25, 2018. USD faculty, students and friends are highly encouraged to sign up and attend the event to support and cheer on the 2018 USD team. The event will be held at The Junction at 12777 High Bluff Drive, Third Floor, San Diego, CA 92130.

In 2017, the USD real estate team took first place in this undergraduate challenge.
