BMC Policy Advisory Board Member News

This fall, the Burnham-Moores Center (BMC) appointed a new Policy Advisory Board (PAB) member and also learned that three of its PAB members were named “influential leaders” in San Diego.

In Oct., the Burnham-Moores Center appointed Lionel Deschamps to its PAB. Deschamps is a senior audit partner at KPMG LLP. He leads the San Diego audit real estate practice, with a focus on serving both local and national public REIT clients in the retail, multifamily and datacenter sectors. He has lived in San Diego since 2005 after spending the first 14 years of his career in Phoenix. Deschamps is a graduate of Arizona State University and lives in Del Sur with his wife Lauren and three young sons Jackson, Asher and Cade. He has been affiliated with the BMC since 2005.

In Sept., three of the Burnham-Moores Center's PAB members were named one of “50 Influential Business Leaders in San Diego County” in the Sept. 6, 2017 issue of The Daily Transcript (requires subscription). The three BMC PAB members named, include: Gina Champion-Cain, president and CEO of American National Investments; Heather S. Riley, partner at Allen Matkins, Leck Gamble, Mallory & Natsis; and Adam Robinson, founder and principal of RAF Pacifica Group.
