MSRE 2017
The Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate is excited to announce that the 14th cohort of Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) students have arrived on campus and are settling into the fall semester. The students kicked off their graduate school experience in late August with MSRE 500, an intensive course designed to exposed the incoming cohort to the MSRE program, the university, the real estate industry, and the San Diego community. During this five-day course, students honed in on their finance and Excel skills, engaged with a number of industry and alumni panels, and dove head-first into networking.
The cohort consists of 19 students with an array of professional backgrounds including real estate, entertainment, law, construction, and banking. Four of the students already hold a graduate or terminal degree, and two have served in the U.S. Armed Forces. While many are San Diego natives, the cohort also includes students from across California, Oregon, Chicago, and Connecticut. Many enjoy traveling, being outdoors, and a variety of sports from flying airplanes and off-road driving to volleyball and Muay Thai. The cohort shares a passion for real estate and a drive to take their careers to the next level.
Please join us in welcoming the MSRE students!
