All Faith Service
Embracing Hope: Our Journey of Healing
Please join us for the 28th Annual All Faith Service on February 4, 2021.
As a Catholic university, the USD community includes people from a diverse array of faith traditions and beliefs. The All Faith Service celebrates that wonderful diversity by bringing together students, religious leaders, faculty, staff and community members in prayer. Come experience how Buddhist, Christian, Hindu, Jewish, Muslim and indigenous faith traditions empower us to be the light amidst the darkness in our world.
All University of San Diego students, faculty, administrators and staff are invited and encouraged to attend.

About the All Faith Service
As an engaged, contemporary Catholic university, the University of San Diego is proud of its long-standing tradition of the All Faith Service.
Since 1994, the campus community has gathered in an intentional way at the beginning of the spring semester to pray together. Echoing the Mass of the Holy Spirit that begins each academic year in the fall semester, the All Faith Service serves as a signature event that acknowledges our spiritual foundations and our diverse community.
The All Faith Service reminds us to recognize that our lives, both at USD and off campus, are intertwined with people of a variety of faiths. And while we do not all understand God in the same way, we acknowledge that we can experience and celebrate the similarities shared with other faiths, while retaining the integrity of our respective faiths. The All Faith Service embodies the Catholic teaching that acknowledges what is true and holy in these various religions and realizes that these faith traditions reflect, through different lenses, truths which enlighten all people.
