Gratefulness Group

As we face a new reality in the face of Covid-19, we invite you to experience the transformative power of gratefulness.  When gratitude is the primary posture in our lives, we are more connected to ourselves, others and God in good and healthy ways. Embracing gratitude can help us discover new depths of courage and compassion, both of which are needed in the current crisis, and will continue to be needed long after we have seen our way through it.
Join a group of USD faculty and staff in a journey to explore how gratefulness can help us navigate these uncertain times.  Receive weekly reflections from USD community members, opportunities for interaction and sharing with other faculty and staff about what spiritual resources and tools are helping guide us through the current moment.
Because many are navigating additional responsibilities to loved ones during this time, you can participate as often or as little as you would like.  The group welcomes people of any or no religious background and will continue
through the spring semester.
The group began April 3, but you can still join.  Please email to sign up.
