All classes are held in the Mission Fitness Center exercise room unless otherwise indicated (SC = Sports Center). You must bring your USD ID card to enter all USD Recreation facilities.

Employee Yoga

Human Resources partnered with USD REC to offer this free Vinyasa "Flow" style class for USD employees. Yoga integrates core work, postural alignment, flexibility and harmonizing movement with breath.

Intro to Employee Group Fitness

Human Resources partnered with USD REC to offer this opportunity for USD employees to explore various group fitness formats over the course of the fall semester including:

9/11 & 11/6 - Intro to Group Fitness

9/18 & 11/13 - Intro to Abs & Toning

9/25 & 11/27 - Intro to Yoga

10/2 & 12/4 - Intro to Fit Ball

10/9 & 12/11 - Intro to Pilates

10/16 - Intro to BOSU

10/23 - Intro to Kick-Boxing

10/30 - Intro to Salsa
