University Fitness (USD FIT) GroupEx classes help inspire our campus community to be healthy in mind, body and spirit. Expert and inspiring instructors provide a wide range of fitness classes at varied times in convenient campus locations. Semester membership includes access to weekly classes within the selected program.
Fall/Spring-GroupEx: Membership allows ulimited access to an average of 19 fitness classes weekly including Yoga, Pilates, Indoor Cycling, Abs & Toning, and more... taught by expert instructors for our campus community.
Fall/Spring-Employee GroupEx: USD employees are eligible for this reduced price program with limited class hours (any class until 6 p.m.). Semester membership includes access to 13 weekly classes all semester for one flat rate. Classes include Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Boot Camp, Toning/Conditioning and more!
Recreation Classes: Over 60 for-credit or non-credit recreational classes are offered each semester, providing students with the opportunity to learn new skills and activities while increasing their physical strength and fitness.
