USD Unity in LGBT

We work to connect and support LGBT MBA students in career progression and development by creating a network of allies. In addition, we aim to educate students on how to identify LGBT friendly companies and LGBT groups within these companies.

The LGBTQ+ Rainbow Wellness group is open for all self-identified LGBTIQQ students to create a space to explore in-depth, the unique stressors that impact the emotional well-being, academic functioning, and the experience of being LGBTIQQ at USD. Members will meet with group facilitators to identify individual goals to accomplish in the group.
