Susan Hack

Hack is an executive partner at Higgs Fletcher & Mack, where she practices general tort and business litigation in the areas of personal injury, product liability and business/professional medical negligence. Hack also heads the firm’s Diversity Committee as well as the firm’s Professional Development Committee.

Professor Hack teaches Negotiation.

Hack is the recipient of numerous awards, including the 2013 recipient of the prestigious Daniel T. Broderick III Award. She is currently on the Board of Directors and a past president of the San Diego Inn of Court.
