Professional Experience

Lucier was a corporate associate with Morrison & Foerster, LLP, from 2005 to 2008. He is currently a corporate associate with Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, PC , where he represents both publicly and privately held companies on a variety of issues, including angel and venture capital financing, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and correspondence and filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Professor Lucier is a supervising attorney for USD’s Entrepreneurship Clinic.

Honors and Affiliations

Lucier graduated from law school summa cum laude and was awarded Order of the Coif. While a law student, he served as comments editor of the San Diego Law Review.
