Professional Experience

Temko began her legal career in 1981 as a research attorney for the Honorable Don Work in the Fourth District Court of Appeals. She then worked as a public defender for Defenders, Inc. Mrs. Temko then spent 22 years as a prosecutor at the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office handling cases primarily involving serious felony crimes. She is currently self-employed and works part-time as a litigation attorney. Additionally, she teaches high school students to help them with Mock Trial Competitions.
