Professor Hoffinger teaches Global Antitrust Law.

Professional Experience

Hoffinger was vice president and legal counsel of Qualcomm from 2006 until 2015. He was vice president and chief counsel of federal and state regulation for Quest between 2001 and 2002. Hoffinger was also the general attorney and chief counsel of federal regulation for AT&T.

Professor Hoffinger teaches in the areas of antitrust law and telecommunications law and regulation.

Honors and Affiliations

In 2009 and 2011, the Association of Corporate Counsel named Hoffinger “In-house Competition Law Group of the Year.” He was the associate editor of the University of Chicago Law Review. He is also a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society.
