2021 Fall Recruiting Program

Our 2021 Fall Recruiting Program is comprised of three different programs to connect you with qualified JD and LLM candidates.

  1. VIRTUAL INTERVIEW PROGRAM
    • This year, our interview program will be held virtually.  We will again be using Flo Recruit to provide virtual interview scheduling and meeting links for participating employers. This program enables you to interview several quality candidates in a short period of time on the date of your choice. We will collect and send student applications directly to your firm. You select the students you would like to interview and we coordinate virtual interview schedules.

    • This year our virtual interviews run from July 26 – August 6, 2021 for NALP Law Firms and August 9 – 20, 2021 for Smaller Law Firms, Corporations, Public Interest and Government Agencies.

    • In the event we are permitted to host a small number of employers on our beautiful campus in the fall, we would like to know if your firm may be interested in conducting on-campus interviews.  If so, please contact our Assistant Director for Employer Outreach, Marti Worms at mworms@sandiego.edu or call (619) 260-4771.

  2. RESUME COLLECT
    • If your busy schedule does not permit you to participate on the days we have set aside for virtual interviewing, our resume collect service provides a convenient way to receive all interested candidate applications at one time, allowing you to select and interview candidates how and when your schedule allows.

  3. DIRECT APPLICATIONS
    • If you prefer to evaluate candidates on a rolling basis, post your position on our job board and students will send their application materials directly to your organization via email or postal mail.

All three options allow you to pre-screen 100 percent of your interview candidates. You can select your preferred participation method when registering online.
