    Ralph Miller, passed away on December 19, 2016. He was a member of the first entering class of the USD School of Law. He specialized in private practice and founded Miller, Monson, Peshel, Polacek & Hoshaw. Ralph is survived by his wife, Jeanne, four of their five children, and six grandchildren.

    Charles Murray, passed away on October 1, 2016, He practiced several areas of law in San Bernardino and later created Kern MediationChuck. He is survived by his wife, daughters,and grandchildren.

    Hon. James Dobbin, passed away on October 29, 2016, He practiced family law from until 2016 and was also an arbitrator for the San Diego County Bar and California Bar Associations and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). In additon, he served as a Presiding Judge of San Diego Superior Court. James is survived by his wife, four children, and his grandchildren.

    Nancy Flick, passed away on November 27, 2016. She is survived by her husband, her children and her grandchildren.

    Harold Hoffer, passed away in October 4, 2016. He served in the Navy as served as a navigator, captain, and certified translator. He is surivived by his wife, his children, stepchildren, and grandchildren.

    Joyce McCoy, passed away on August 25, 2016. She was a partner at Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek since 1985. She remained with the firm until 2015. She is survived by her siblings, children, and grandchildren.

    Robert Willey, passed away on August 1, 2016. He served as assistant public defender in Riverside County.

    Brian Reed, passed away on March 23, 2017.

    Richard Funston, passed away in 2017.

    Debbie Hurst Walters, passed away on December 22, 2016.

    Xavier Baeza, passed away on October 18, 2016. He started his career as a public defender for the County of Los Angeles then he worked for the county of Monterey until 2000. He then opened and ran his own practice in San Francisco until he passed away. He is survived by his wife and four siblings.

    George Cabot, passed away on November 25, 2016. He worked in the area of businness law and entity taxation and is survived by his wife, children, mother, and siblings.

    James Rendleman, passed away on August 26, 2016. His most recent position was serving as supervising attorney for Joint Functional Component Command for Space (JFCC SPACE).˙He is survived by his wife, children, and brothers.

    Robert Troy, passed away on August 1, 2016. Hepraticed as civil defense attorney for 20 years, including 18 years at the law firm of Lorber, Greenfield & Polito. In June 2007, he was ordained a deacon and served at the parish of St. Gabriel in Poway. Bob is survived by his wife and children.

    Ann Zimmermann, passed away on February 17, 2017. After working for a larger firm for several years, she opened her own practice in 2004. She is survived by her husband. daughter and extended family

    Susan Collyer, passed away on September 19, 2016. She practiced law at Bernstein Leibhard, LLP in New York City and is survived by her parents, step-parents, and siblings.

    Geraldine Dover, passed away on August 18, 2016.

    Theresa Williams, passed away on June 4, 2016. Sheworked for the State of Alaska, CIRI, McGrath Native Village Council, and then Interior Regional Housing Authority. Theresa is survived by her two sons, mother, and father.

    Troy Atkinson, passed away on December 28, 2016. In 2009, he formed the Law Offices of Troy Atkinson PLLC, often representing distressed homeowners in loan modifications, short sales, and other default and delinquency matters. He is survived by his parents and siblings.
