LLM Programs

The University of San Diego School of Law is a long-standing leader in graduate legal education.

Each year, the School of Law is pleased to welcome attorneys, judges, law professors and law school graduates from the United States and throughout the world into our Master of Laws (LLM) programs. The diverse curriculum and flexible LLM programs allow USD School of Law degree candidates to design a course of study suited to best meet their individual academic and professional development needs.

Please note that attorneys who received their legal education outside the United States are rarely admitted to an LLM program other than the LLM in U.S. Law program. Please see the LLM in U.S. Law program below. For further information or to arrange an appointment with an admission counselor, please contact the Office of Graduate and International Programs.

Career Services - The School of Law is pleased to have its own Office of Career and Professional Development (OCPD). OCPD can assist LLM students with job searches, review resumes and cover letters, provide business cards, and inform students about relevant job postings. Our office also participates in LLM recruiting events such as NYU's International Student Interview Program (ISIP) and UCLA's LLM Interview Program. Finally, we are occasionally contacted by prospective LLM employers and distribute those job announcements to enrolled LLM students.
