Current Employees

USD employees are encouraged to consider USD for the next step in their career progression.

If you are currently in a continuing position (not temporary) or benefit based position, login to Oracle to search for open positions. Once you login, click on Employee Self Service and then “Jobs”.

If you are currently in a temporary non-benefit based position and would like to apply for one of our benefit-based positions, we first need to set up an account for you. This can be accomplished in two ways:

  1. Use the iRecruitment Access for Non-Benefit Based Employee Job Aid to create your account.
  2. Contact the Department of Human Resources at 619-260-4594 and press “1” for assistance.
