How to connect to the VIA VPN client

As of June 2017, there is a new VPN client called Aruba VIA and the VPN server is The former VPN client, Junos Pulse Secure, is no longer functional and the former server, has been deactivated.

All VPN users must install and reconfigure the new client, VIA, on your computer or handheld device. Instructions and download links can be found below. Please select the tab that corresponds with your operating system:


If you don't have a VPN account or are an instructor requesting access for your students, please fill out this form to request a VPN account. The VPN request form is a DocuSign e-form. Read instructions on how to fill it out. If you are not an instructor requesting VPN access for your students, disregard the first paragraph and simply fill out the "Non-Employee & Employee including faculty VPN access" portion of the form.
