Help Desk Appointments
The ITS Help Desk has moved off-site for most support services for the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic. For any and all services that can be completed remotely, please contact the ITS Help Desk by phone at 619-260-7900 or by email at help@sandiego.edu.
For issues that cannot be resolved remotely, ITS has limited staff available to assist in UC-117 Monday through Friday from 8AM - 5PM by appointment only. Please select from the following to schedule your appointment.
Please note that the ITS Help Desk can only provide repairs on ITS-issued computers. For repairs on personal computers, please visit a local computer repair shop.
