Last night the ERP team repaired the login access for BDMS/XTender, but is still working with Ellucian for a long-term solution. Some users might still be unable to log in to BDMS/XTender. If you experience any problems logging in, please call the ITS Help Desk at (619) 260-7900 and the ERP team will repair your login permissions. Thank you for your patience as this problem is resolved.
We are currently experiencing a problem where users of BDMS/Xtender are unable to log in to the system. Our ERP team is working with the vendor to resolve the problem, but currently there is no ETA. Please check back for further updates on this problem.
