Human Resources will verify current or past employment information only when the request is accompanied by a signed consent form from the current or former employee, in order to protect the individual’s privacy and personal information. Please submit the request and consent form via email to

The typical turnaround time is 72 hours upon receipt of the request and accompanying consent. If you have already sent us the request and accompanying consent form, please do not resend duplicate requests as this will only delay our response time.
