Every year, each Panhellenic sorority selects a chapter delegate to represent them on the Council. Delegates engage in leadership and identity development, vote on important community-wide decisions, and support the overall mission and spirit of the Panhellenic Council.

Council Leadership Opportunities

Multiple leadership opportunities are available through the Panhellenic Council.

Panhellenic Executive Board: Applications for next year's Panhellenic Executive Board open towards the end of each Fall academic semester (typically November). The leadership term is typically one full calendar year (January 2021 - January 2022).

Panhellenic Delegates: Each chapter has its own process for selecting delegates. Some chapters also include the selection of Junior Delegates or additional supporting roles.

Panhellenic Judicial Board: Members who are trained as Fraternity & Sorority Life Standards Board officers may also support community accountability processes related to alleged violations of Panhellenic bylaws, code of ethics, or recruitment rules. For more information, reach out to the current Executive Vice President on Panhellenic Exec.

Committees: Panhellenic Council often encourages chapter members to participate in committees for community-wide initiatives, such as programming and social justice. For more information, reach out to your chapter delegate or to the Panhellenic Exec member whose position most closely aligns with your area of interest.
