Funding Request

The following steps must be taken to request funding from the GSG. Information about Graduate Student Organization funding requests can be found in the Graduate Student Government By-Laws.

Step1

Complete the Form

Complete the GSG Funding Request Form no later than 30 days prior to the event.

Step2

Send the Form

Send the form to Davenj Bradley, Vice President of GSG, at davenjbradley@sandiego.edu.

Step3

Review

Funding requests under $1,000 will be reviewed and voted upon by the Budget Committee; those more than $1,000 will be reviewed and voted upon by Graduate Student Association representatives at monthly GSG meetings.

Step4

Final Approval

It is up to the discretion of either the Budget Committee or the GSG respectively (see above) to vote to approve, partially approve, or deny the amount of funding requested.
