Registration Form

The Torero Food Pantry and Closet provides food, hygiene items, school supplies and professional clothing to students in our community. Please fill out the following form in order to become a registered pantry user. This survey is confidential and will only be used to give you access to the new pantry location as well as identify ways in which you can be further supported.

Once you have completed the registration form and are approved, you will receive the link to sign up for an appointment time within 3 business days. Please note that you are only able to access the pantry once/week and by appointment due to COVID-19 safety guidelines. We are partners with the San Diego Food Bank and to maintain this collaboration, we must report to them the number of unique users and the number of visits to the pantry each month. Your personal name and any other information WILL NOT be shared. We track number of visits by the number of entries into the room. The lock on the room also provides you with privacy while you shop in the pantry and closet. Additionally, the University of San Diego does not currently have data on the number of students facing food and housing insecurity. Completing this form helps us build a case supporting the need for the pantry and other assistance at USD. This information will only be shared in aggregate. Your personal answers will NEVER BE SHARED, or tied to your name.
