Faculty, are you interested in teaching abroad? If so, this workshop is for you! Join the International Center for an opportunity to learn how to start the process of proposing to teach abroad and get tips on how to develop a great proposal. Proposals to teach abroad during Intersession 2023 and Summer 2023 will be due early October 2021.

By attending this workshop, participants will learn:

    • Things to think about before applying.
    • Teaching abroad proposal and selection process.
    • Logistical aspects of USD's Undergraduate Programs Abroad: How do they work? What am I responsible for? Compensation? Expectations? Timeline?
    • Helpful hints for developing a strong course proposal.
