    We welcome you to join us for the following event:

    Tequila Tasting Class
    Wednesday, May 12 | 5:30-6:30 PM PT
    Zoom Room (Register for Link)

    This interactive and informative event, led by Manley Bland '73, will start with the making of Manley's Famous Cadillac Margarita and will lead guests through the following:

    • Legend and History of Tequila
    • Tequila Categories
    • Five Myths of Tequila
    • Federal Guidelines on aging Tequila
    • 7 Steps of making Tequila
    • Food Pairings
    • Trivia Facts

    Guests will be tasting and learning about Blanco Tequila, Reposado, Anejo, and Mezcal and will pair these drinks with the following sweet and savory treats: orange slices with cinnamon, chocolate cake, chips and salsa.

    The class is free to attend but participants are encouraged to purchase all ingredients listed for an increased event experience. If you want to just log on and listen, be our guest!

    Registration is required and the full list of ingredients will be sent to you upon completion of your registration.
