SDCBA Diversity Fellowship Program provides diverse, first year law students the opportunity to work at San Diego law firms and corporate legal departments during the summer months after their first year. The Program seeks to close the diversity gap in the legal profession by increasing the number of diverse lawyers practicing in San Diego County law firms and corporate legal departments. The paid fellowship provides students the opportunity to learn and develop skills necessary to succeed in the legal professional while also introducing law firms and legal departments to qualified individuals for potential recruiting purposes.
