Details

Explore possibilities for Integration through Unfolding Humanity, the 12-foot high interactive dodecahedron sculpture that required the efforts of faculty, students, and alumni from several different departments, as well as members of the greater San Diego community. Diane Hoffoss (Mathematics), Satyan Devadoss (Mathematics), Gordon Hoople (Engineering), Nate Parde (Theater) and Susie Babka (THRS) will present aspects of the design and execution of the project, its presentation at Burning Man 2018 and the Maker Faire in Balboa Park, and explain the piece's implications for publications, advanced integration courses and future projects.
