On February 8, participants are invited to gather for a transformative retreat focused on achieving lasting change in mind, body, and spirit. 

Through insightful discussions and interactive sessions, attendees will be guided through strategies for forming good habits, setting meaningful goals, and embracing spiritual practices. In the end, combine the tools and insights from each session to create a personalized roadmap for change. 

  • Mind: Resolution and Long-Term Change Take a deep dive into the importance of forming good habits and instilling long-term changes, setting clear, actionable goals and adopting a mindset that embraces persistence and adaptability.
  • Body: Pilgrimages and Reflection Explore how physical journeys to sacred places allow for opportunities for self-reflection and transformation. 
  • Spirit: Spiritual Practices and Daily Integration What is the role of spiritual practices in fostering true change? Consider various spiritual practices, such as mindfulness, meditation, journaling, and prayer, and learn how to integrate them into their daily routines. 
  • Silence and Reflection: Defining and Achieving Goals The power of silence and reflection as tools for personal growth. Participants are invited to reflect on their three goals and explore methods for achieving them.
