Environmental DNA & Biodiversity Assessments: Small Tools with Big Impacts

A presentation from Dr. Tiara Moore

Dr. Moore is a postdoctoral research associate at the University of Washington and The Nature Conservancy. Trained as a marine ecologist but currently using soil environmental DNA to assess the biodiversity of a restored old growth forest. A long way from a little hometown on the east coast, Dr. Moore hopes her research inspires others to cherish the small things...especially dirt.
