Women in Data Science (WiDS) San Diego @ USD is an independent event that is organized by the University of San Diego School of Business as part of the annual WiDS Worldwide conference organized by Stanford University. The conference is hosted at an estimated 150+ locations worldwide and features outstanding women doing outstanding work in the field of data science. All genders are invited to attend.

USD's conference will feature various presentations and panel discussions with a focus on navigating your data science career from early-career jobs to advanced leadership roles. Presenters and panelists represent both industry and academia. Among them will be women who recently transitioned into the world of data science as well as experienced professionals in the San Diego data science community. The primary goal of this event is to help build a strong, supportive network of data scientists in our local region.
