Join Sancerre Hospitality Founder and USD Alumnus Frank Callero '08, along with BLVD Steakhouse Lead Mixologist Robert Shamblin, for a virtual cocktail class to kick-off the holiday season!

This interactive event will teach participants how to assemble three festive drinks while hearing about how Frank became a successful restaurateur, lawyer, and real estate developer in Chicago.

Frank will also touch upon how his business has handled the COVID-19 pandemic, the future of restaurants in a post-pandemic world, and how you can best support local establishments during these trying times.

Robert will walk participants through the cocktail builds and be available to answer questions about the art of mixology throughout the event.
  • Chocolate Manhattan- Bourbon, Bonal or Sweet Vermouth, Aztec Chocolate Bitters
  • Spiked Chai- Spiced Rum, Chai (1.5 Chai:1 Demerara Sugar), Milk (Nut or Oat work best)
  • Mrs. Claus’ Martini- Vodka, Chocolate Liqueur, Peppermint Schnapps, Half & Half, Simple Syrup (you just need sugar to make your own), Candy Cane or Peppermint Candy (for rim garnish)

The class is free to attend but participants are required to purchase all necessary cocktail ingredients. Registration is also required.
