Please join the Psych & BN Club in welcoming USD alumna Alaysia Brown as she discusses her experience as a doctoral student in Human Development and Family Science at the University of Missouri. She will be describing her current research on the social determinants of health, and more specifically phenotypic-related racial discrimination. Her findings underscore the critical role that physical features play in shaping the quality of one's social interactions and the importance of these interactions for individual well being. She will also be answering any questions you may have about graduate school!
