The Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate (BMC) will host its 18th Annual Residential Real Estate Conference: Outlook 2019 on Dec. 6. This event features highly regarded industry principals who will share their real estate predictions and the rationale for their expectations. More than 200 professionals attend this event.

This year's featured speakers will include Norm Miller, Hahn Chair of Real Estate Finance at the University of San Diego School of Business, and Tim Sullivan, managing principal of Meyers Research. Miller and Sullivan will provide national and local forecasts of residential markets.

Sullivan will also moderate a panel following his presentation. The panel will discuss the many dynamics impacting the for sale and for rent residential markets. Panelists will include: Gary London, senior principal of London Moeder Advisors; Norm Miller, and Deborah Ruane, president of Norwood Development Strategies.
