Without a doubt, the current political and social environment affects, and will continue to affect, both state and federal criminal defense practitioners. Our advocacy skills will be tested as never before, and we will meet the challenge.
The seminar presents practical approaches to several vital areas of our practice. Addressing the interests of both state and federal practitioners, speakers will focus on how to sppress evidence and statements, stop prosecutorial misconduct, and protect noncitizens from adverse immigration consequences.
