The University of San Diego hosts the 10th Annual Summer Chamber Music Festival from June 21 to July 5, bringing the sounds of Vivaldi, Mozart, Beethoven, Mendelssohn, Brahms, Dvorak, Shostakovich and many other composers to its beautiful campus.

Directed by Dr. Angela Yeung, the festival provides a unique opportunity for musicians of all ages. Festival coaches are faculty from the USD Music Department and members of the San Diego Symphony.

The Opening Faculty Concert takes place Sunday, June 21 at 2 p.m. in the Shiley Theatre in Camino Hall. 

The First Participants Concert is Sunday, June 28 at 2 p.m. in the Shiley Theatre.

The Evening Participants Concert is Thursday, July 2 at 7:30 p.m. in the French Parlor in Founders Hall.

The Final Participants Concert takes place Sunday, July 5 at 2 p.m. in the Shiley Theatre in Camino Hall.

Lunchtime concerts will take place in La Gran Terraza in the University Center on June 29, June 30 and July 1 and 2 from 12:15 to 1 p.m. The concert is free with a lunch purchase. Tickets for all concerts except the lunchtime concerts are $12, general admission, and $10, students, seniors and USD employees and alumni. Tickets to the opening concert on June 21 include a 10 percent discount at La Gran Terraza during the week of lunch concerts. Tickets are on sale at the door.
