Details

The annual English Senior Project Conference, sponsored and organized by the Department of English and Sigma Tau Delta (the English Honor Society), will take place in Salomon Lecture Hall (Maher 240) on Thursday, November 21, 2019 — reception with refreshments at 5:30 p.m.; 10-minute presentations begin at 6 p.m.

Twelve senior English majors/minors enrolled in English Senior Project (ENGL494/CINT) will present and discuss their in-progress Integrative Core Projects. Their projects' chosen topics range from the psychodynamics love triangles in Mesopotamian mythology, to religious aspects of late medieval travel literature, to corsetry-as-confinement in 19th-century texts, to multigenre eco-critical memoir, to literary gamification in contemporary choose-your-own-adventure narrative — and more!
