Fear of failure causes many to avoid taking risks and experiencing failure can lead to disengagement. Helping students deal more effectively with failure can work against these negative consequences. 

Session Learning Outcomes:

  1. Increase understanding of psychological responses to failure in the classroom
  2. Explore the ways reframing failure can improve resilience
  3. Identify simple strategies to help students reflect on failure to fuel success
