Hear about the direct experiences of contemporary fighters from the world of MMA (mixed martial arts), which includes boxing, muay Thai, wrestling and jiujitsu. The panel features professional UFC fighters discussing their experiences in and out of the cage and how their training and competition affects their intellectual, physical and spiritual lives.
The panelists will include:
Sophia Nordenö is orignally from Sweden and has been doing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as well as submission wrestling for almost 14 years. She is a black belt under Alfredo Barum. She has competed many times in tournaments such as ADCC, Eddie Bravo invitational, World Combat Games, and IBJJF. She has also done super fights in Subversive and Fight To Win. Her favorite submission is any type of leglock.
