With a truly global professional career that has spanned continents and industries, Ms. Lee will draw on her experience to offer insight into the hiring landscape, and will share ways to obtain international exposure and build a robust professional network. She will discuss how culture and language impact the HR landscape, and will suggest creative ways to gain global experience.

Grace Lee is a senior vice president and chief human resources officer of Cubic Corporation. She is responsible for the strategic leadership of global human resources for Cubic, including talent acquisition, learning and development, organizational and workforce planning, talent management, total rewards and HR technology. She also oversees the development and advancement of the company’s diversity and inclusion strategy and programs. Prior to joining Cubic, Ms. Lee was senior vice president of global human resources for Charles River Laboratories, a biotechnology company with 14,000 employees across the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific. She has also previously held the top HR role at Beckman Coulter, TTM Technologies and IMI Severe Services. Ms. Lee holds a Master of Science in Global Leadership from the University of San Diego.
