FutureBoss is a high school student entrepreneurial training and business plan competition that changes lives, make dreams a reality and provides a path for youth leaders to succeed. Join us for the inaugural opening of the 7th Annual FutureBoss Youth Entrepreneurship Competition hosted at the University of San Diego. The competition and program is open to all San Diego county high school students. Thirty finalists come to campus with their idea, and after five days, they leave with a finished business plan, presentation, crowdfunding campaign, enhanced public speaking skills, and more! Join the entrepreneurial community as we announce the student finalists from across the county selected to attend this weeklong leadership development program business plan competition.  By week’s end, winning students are awarded academic scholarships and prizes.

Keynotes speakers include:

Ron Morrison, Mayor, National City

Jaime Alonso Gómez, Dean, USD School of Business

Miguel Vazquez, CEO, California Foundation Fund

Sponsored by the USD School of Business, USD's Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity, Youth Entrepreneur Community Council, and leading professionals throughout San Diego.
