The University of San Diego and the Hispanic Chamber of e-Commerce are honored to host Javier Palomarez, President and CEO of the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, for a Q&A session on his career as a top Hispanic leader in the nation. Jaime Alonso Gómez, Dean of the University of San Diego School of Business, will give a talk before the session. Cocktail reception to follow.

Javier Palomarez is the President and CEO of the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC), America’s largest Hispanic business association. The USHCC actively promotes the economic growth, development, and interests of more than 4.2 million Hispanic- owned businesses, that combined, contribute over $668 billion to the American economy every year.

Palomarez has more than two decades of corporate experience and entrepreneurial insight. His opinions and viewpoints have appeared in leading media outlets including ABC, Bloomberg Businessweek, CBS, CNN, Dallas Morning News, Fox, Los Angeles Times, MSNBC, NBC, Reuters, Telemundo, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, Time, Univision, USA Today, and many others. Palomarez is a seasoned public speaker, delivering numerous keynote speeches, as well as panel discussions for some of the nation’s most influential institutions and conferences – including the Republican National Conventions, the Democratic National Conventions, The Atlantic, the Milken Institute, and the George W.
